The Azura platform and interface available at azura.xyz (the "Services") are made available by Fortress Digital Inc., a corporation organized under the laws of the Republic of Panama ("Fortress").
Fortress is not registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, and is not engaged in the business of the offer, sale, or trading of securities.
The Services consist of non-custodial software; users of the Services interact directly with public blockchains and third-party protocols. Digital assets accessible through and usable in connection with the Services are non-custodial, are not guaranteed by Fortress, and are not subject to the insurance protections of the U.S. Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation or the U.S. Securities Investor Protection Corporation.
